    After taking vehicle to Land Rover dealership in Gwinnett with no results. We found this shop that was able to find the root cause. They completed the repair and produced the wiring that had the air leak.

    I have been servicing my vehicle at Northpoint Motors since moving to Georgia 5 years ago. I have always been very happy with the customer service I’ve been given and with the quality of my repairs. I have found her owners to always be knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and most of all reasonable. This is the reason they continue to earn my repeat business.

    I would like to thank the owner and his wife for a very positive experience in repairs on my jaguar. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosis of a brake problem occurring on the jaguar that another business could not repair. After learning about their expertise in specific cars, they will be my go to mechanic for my jaguar.

    Worst experience ever! Last March, they put in a used fuel tank on my LR3 which went bad before the warranty expired. I asked for a replacement tank (which is possible under the warranty). The Mechanic (the owner) suggested that maybe the little ball in the tank was stuck on something and they could "fix" it instead of doing a replacement. I refused their option and insisted on a replacement of the entire tank. The receptionist (his wife) became very nasty and difficult. Long story short.....they said they replaced the tank after keeping my vehicle for 2 weeks...when I picked it up, there was pollen and RODENT droppings every where in my car among other things!!! They said they would reimburse me for the damaged floor mats & cleaning the vehicle but, when I sent the cost to them, they refused and have not reimbursed me to this date......I made a complaint to the Roswell Police Dept. and BBB.

    Even though this review is 5 years old I'd love to address the misconception. This customer wanted us to warranty a fuel tank that was not the cause of her 2nd complaint. Because of the relationship I have with my parts supplier, they went ahead and sent us another one. In regards to the droppings in the vehicle, we have been in business over 10 years and have never had a complaint of this sort from any customer. The fuel tank is an exterior repair so besides driving the car onto and off the lift, we have no idea the condition of the interior of the car in regards to rodent droppings. We offered to clean the vehicle for her just to amicably resolve the situation but she refused. She then stated the rat that left the droppings must have eaten through the battery cables because she needed a new battery. At this point we let our lawyer take over and she squashed all of this customer's nonsense claims.
