Two years ago I bought a 2006 Range Rover V8 HSE Supercharged SUV with only 60,000 miles on it and in really great shape! My then current mechanic was not very enthusiastic about working on my new vehicle and I knew that it was probably best to find someone who maybe specialized in both domestic & foreign higher end vehicles. Online I came across a few different local shops but for some reason City Auto Center's reviews just stood out as the kind of people I wanted to work with.
Over all RR has been great and I really love driving it, but a few issues other than normal maintenance have popped up. Both Tony and Uppy have taken the time to explain to me what the issues are, what the fix is, and reasonable ball park of costs involved to fix. It always feels like they are fixing my vehicle as if it was their own, keeping what's best in mind for the short term fix as well as the longevity of the vehicle too!
Tony is a great Master Mechanic & extremely knowledgeable about vehicles and is pretty quick to diagnose the issues. From my very first visit to speak with them about potentially bringing my new RR in for servicing they were very honest and upfront about how they work and they absolutely have lived up to the expectations not only they set for me, but that I set for them as well!
I do not know either Tony or Uppy personally, only from my vehicle service interactions with them, but I can tell you I feel like I'm having a couple good friends take care of my car for me, and that I'm extremely grateful that I found them! I'm very much looking forward to taking all my current and future vehicles to City Auto Center and working with Tony & Uppy for a very long time!
I highly recommend anyone thinking about City Auto Center to give them a well deserved chance to show you exactly why they will earn and keep your business! Both Tony & Uppy are the epitome of service with a great smile!
