Many experiences with my 2003 Rover, bought used, and British 4 x 4 has been outstanding and diagnosing problems and future problems. I brought in my 2008 Range Rover to British 4x4 to have a trailer wiring harness kit installed. This required not only the install but also for the computer to be re-programmed. British 4x4 had the job done within a few hours. Drop off at 1PM pickup at 6PM. After hooking it up to a trailer, the wiring kit was installed flawlessly. I was most impressed by the customer service. The staff was friendly and they go above and beyond to reach out afterwards to make sure everything went well with the service. I'll be taking my Range Rover to British 4x4 for everything!
I took my 07 Range Rover into British 4x4 to do the brakes. I told Juan the mechanic to call me if it's over $2000. When I came to pick it up my entire bill was only $715. Turns out I did not need the rear brakes that I was told by another place I needed, just the front. I trust these guys. I have never had service this good and will be a returning customer!

The experience was fine. I needed brake work on the brake tube and connector, also some other work that I needed. They itemized everything step by step with what my vehicle needed. I recommend them as your mechanic technicians. Also, the mechanic came in to the office to explain more what was done.
I have been bringing my truck to British 4x4 for two years now and they always do amazing work at a much lower price than the dealer. The other night I had a head light out and I attempted to change the bulb out, and couldn't seat the bulb in the proper position, so I called British 4x4 and they said to bring it by the shop. The tech came out and set the bulbs in properly within 5 minutes! I asked how much I owed them and they said no charge! Always have had an amazing experience with British 4x4 they keep me on the road and don't charge me an arm and a leg. I recommend British 4x4.
